The Score

So since this is like Julie and Julia, but for dudes, I suppose you should know the score. Well, unlike that movie/blog, I will NOT do this all in a year. Between two jobs and grad school, it is just not going to happen. I will be working at a varied and undetermined rate. But to start off with, there are unofficially 376 recipes, not including various hints, suggestions, and alternatives that the book offers. Also, some of the recipes may be a bit of a stretch for me...like rabbit. I really should keep an open mind, and intend to do so. But for now, I'll just leave it as, "We'll see."
